In Ms. French’s art class, students learned about endangered animals and why some species are at risk of extinction. Afterward, each student chose one endangered animal to create artwork of for a class project. Using a reference photo and their observation skills, students drew their animals using pencil. Then, they discussed texture and how to mix colors to match what they saw in their reference images. Students then used Prismacolor pencils to add color and life to their drawings!

Doing this, their artwork came out amazing, adding more color to the school halls.
